From CAD to sample approval and beyond, we meticulously track every detail and seek approvals to ensure the highest quality clothing for our buyers.Our aim is to provide samples in just 7 days.
Leveraging our extensive experience and expertise, we have crafted a design workstation that surpasses basic patterning and programming. With our proprietary hardware and specialized software, the SHIMA-APEX System outpaces all other design solutions. To execute design concepts quickly, we use APEX for 3D knitting simulations and machine programming. This enables us to offer fast design, production, and in-store services. Our skilled technicians have access to these cutting-edge tools. Our powerful system allows us to achieve the desired look quickly, enhancing the speed and quality of the design process.
Knitting
- Our knitting machine plant in both fashion design and technical capabilities.
- Gauge range: 1.5gg to 16gg .we are able to handle orders of varying needle gauges.
- With a production capacity of up to 100,000 pieces per month.
- Our highly experienced technical team is equipped to handle even the most complex design and sample requests.
Materials
We weave and then wash each kind of yarn with a particular care for the most precious ones in the world, such as ethically sourced cashmere and traceable viscose. To protect the rights and interests of consumers, giving consumers confidence that their fashion choices are environmentally responsible. We also have some other materials such as organic cotton, wool, acrylic, etc., which meet the needs of different grades of suppliers. In addition, if the quantity exceeds 300 pieces, we will provide Pantone color cards for customers to choose colors.
